Fast paced solo dermatology practice in Cumming, GA specializing in general, pediatric and cosmetic dermatologic treatments from laser surgery to Coolsculpting, and everything in between. Excellent computer skills with Electronic Medical Records, excellent data entry, 50 wpm typing skills preferred, excellent customer service and marketing skills in an office and on phone. Medical Front Desk Receptionist with at least 1 year recent experience working in a physician’s office. Dermatology experience a plus. Medical billing experience a plus. Must have the ability to work well with others and regularly promoting visibility of practice to community both onsite and offsite, while offering new ideas. Multitasking a MUST with attention to detail (answer 4 line phone system, check in and check out patients, verifying insurances via online or phone, scheduling, collecting patient balances and copays, maintaining records, upkeep waiting room cleanliness and décor)
Flexibility to adapt to the ever changing medical environment with changing compliance requirements and quickly adapting to those needs

Position is approximately 30 hours (physician works 30-32 hours per week).
Must live within 30-45 minutes drive of office
Office hours: Tues and Thurs 10-7 pm; Wed 9-3 pm; Fri 9-5 pm, every other Sat 9-12 noon
Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and proactively collecting patient charges
Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies
Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
